Shift Happens Co was born from Billie’s personal journey of healing through breathwork, meditation, and self-regulation. 


Now a certified life coach, NSDR/Yoga Nidra facilitator, and wellness guide with hands-on experience in residential behavioral health, working alongside therapists and holistic experts.


The platform blends ancient practices with modern brain science.

What Is NSDR?


NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) is a neuroscience-supported evolution of Yoga Nidra, the ancient practice of conscious rest.


Yoga Nidra guides the brain into the space between waking and sleep β€” the alpha and theta states β€” where the body deeply restores while the mind remains aware.

NSDR takes this mechanism and refines it using modern neuroscience.

In this state, you learn to:

β€’ relax the body on purpose
β€’ interrupt overthinking
β€’ signal safety to the nervous system
β€’ access the subconscious in real time
β€’ rewire patterns through intention
